Silken strands cling to my fingers
each time I touch my hair.
Evidence of my stress has begun
to reveal itself as fine blonde filaments
fall from their follicles.
My anxiety now deteriorating
more than just the inside of my head.

it happened to me Hal.
It was aging plus stress.
I wore a fall for awhile, it’s like a half wig.
Taking Biotin and Collage Peptides protein powder helps a lot.
Then there is Nutrafol if you can afford it.
A high dose of Buspar really quelled the anxiety.
I’m now off Buspar and having my hair cut in layers I look all right after all.
My hair never returned to its original thickness.

Same things I’m doing now!! I increased my buspar….. It seems to have stopped again… I just need it to stay that way!! We suffer too much!
